The Hosoku clan knows this only too well. Their final hope to truly revive their kakei genkai is to seek out the wielders of the Sharingan.

Notes:
Firstly, I'm not sure whether this is an overused plot because I haven't read any Naruto OC or bloodline fics yet and will refrain from doing so until I finish my own. The story will be set when the Rookie 9 are 19. (Yeah I know, cliche age.)

This idea evolved from my idle thoughts on kakei genkai and how they could be viewed. It will be my first chapter fic that tries to explores issues that are mostly foreign to me. I don't have a lot of time to concentrate on this however, so there may not be an update for a long time.

Tsuriaichi will contain some fundamental issues which I cannot pre-warn until the chapter it appears for the sake of not revealing the storyline. I plan on pairings but they are not finalised so any and all suggestions will be considered, including yaoi/yuri couples.

Note on Completion: I'm so relieved to be finished. I've finally finished that fanfic I was writing for MegaMan NT Warrior. Phoenix Evolution is complete/done/dusted. I'm so proud of my last few chapters too, and what do you know, I posted the last chapter the day before the date I first published the story. Wow, a year can really fly when you have writer's block on a particular story.
